a person who doesnt really DO anything. Generally they look busy but are not really achieving anything, they may as well be asleep.
That guy is a snoozer.

A person who is a loser because they are always snoozing.
Robby is a snoozer. He slept until 4 PM on Saturday and missed all the fun.
