What is Snot Nugget?

A dried piece of mucus in the nose that has hardened into a larger than normal piece of 'crust'.
The harder is picked, the further the snot nugget was pushed into my nose.
2.
Booger or bratty kid.
She had a snot nugget hanging from her nose.
That kid was such a little snot nugget.
