What is Snow Chaser?

A Black man that thinks he's "made" it by dating or marrying a White woman. These are usually the men that say things like, " I hate Black women because they're ghetto gold-diggers", as if gold-diggers don't come in all colors. I'm definitely not against dating outside of your race, but it bothers me when the reason for doing so is something shallow and racist.
Athlete: Okay, now that I've made it big, I've got my car, my houses... oh yeah, I need me a White girl.
Me: Go play in traffic, you pathetic snow chaser.
