1. A student who responds to any threat of snow by not attending school. Some snow punks believe that snow will ruin their Ed Hardy apparel, while others like to use the excuse to miss important quizzes or exams. Most snow punks are looked down upon by their peers.
2. Any individual that uses the slightest threat of snow to break plans.
I can't believe Jimmy missed the unit exam. It was rescheduled anyway because of the early snow dismissal today. What a snow punk.
