What is Soccer Talker?

One who often talks about being able to complete a feat but never actually proves himself. A Soccer Talker will often make excuses as to why he cannot show his skill on that particular day in an effort to deter one from finding out that he does not posses the skills he claims he has.
Ex1. Karifala claims he can play soccer better than anyone, yet he will not play a single game with us; he is such a Soccer Talker.
Ex2. Karifala is sure he can beat Matt in a race, yet he cannot even jump up and down five times in a row without getting winded; what a Soccer Talker.
