What is Sock Guy?

Guy who likes to buy used white socks from males only and pays extra if they have holes in them and are dirty and also willing to trade alcohol to minors for their dirty socks. He doesn't like women or their socks and he only accepts white socks. He also likes Tim's feet a lot and wants him to stick his feet in his face and be agressive with him.
Man, I was so low on cash I sold all the socks I wore during baseball season to the sock guy for 500$. Then Tim went over and was agressive with him for beer.
