What is Soctard?

A combination of 'Social' and 'Retard'. Namely referring to those who lack the ability to relate socially to others. Commonly found in the auditing and accounting communities, a 'soctard' frequently fails to appreciate that they have an unpleasant and unlikeable way of communicating.
"I want to view your purchases ledger for the month to April 15th. What do you mean you don't have it? Where is it kept? What internal procedures do you have in place to monitor who views it? None? NONE?!"
"You're a soctard."
