A terms used when approached by a panhandler or homeless person to avoid any further contribution to their raging alcoholism. Meaning "Sorry, I don't have any change for you. Thanks for not touching me with your grubby hands, spitting on and/or chasing me".
Homeless Man: "Hey man, can you spare some change?"
Pedestrian: "Sorrythanks!"
