What is Sounder?

One who resides in, or is originally from, the Puget Sound region (especially in reference to the Seattle/Tacoma Area).

Becuase they are from the Seattle area, Bill Gates, Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, and Dominic Barrera are all sounders.
