A sourbunghole is either an asshole that is experiencing the effects of considerable indigestion which leads to explosive evacuation of the colon, or a bitch's used up stanky old asshole that is no longer good for anything.
My sourbunghole was in considerable pain after having passed last night's buffet of chili, corn, & beer.
