What is South Woodland Hills?

A subdivision of Kingwood, Texas, refered to as the "ghetto" of Kingwood. Although this is not a ghetto, many poor or low income family's move here because it is the best they can afford, while still living in Kingwood. The houses are cheap but old at the same time and range from about $60,000 to $130,000. A lot of drugs influence this neighborhood, while most people are not big "users" from this area, they supply to the rest of their richer neighbors. Part of the Outer Rim (Forest Cover, Sherwood Trails, North and South Woodland Hills), an area not and barely considered part of Kingwood, does have minor to none gang problems, including graffiti and hazings.
