A series of 30-year-old "space transport vehicles" that are falling apart, with numerous problems and bugs, that are somehow still authorized for launch. NASA has no business using these ancient pieces of s**t. It is in their best interest to retire them ASAP, before more people are sacrificed because the Bush Administration's priorities are mixed up.
Challenger, Columbia, what's next? Discovery? Atlantis?
The Space Shuttle Program has costed almost $150 BILLION as of 2005. Think of what that $150 Billion could have been used for?
In my opinion, yes, there is something terribly wrong about this government, and I don't just mean our neanderthal president...
Either build a new space shuttle, or lay off, idiots.
