Pronouced "spa-jet-tee," it's a bastardized version of the word "spaghetti," similar to how people mispronounce "lasagna" or "mozzarella." Used to describe someone who thinks they are Italian or guido, but is really not.

-Look at that Irish kid, he thinks he's a guido.

-Yea, he's a total spajetty.
