What is Spamarchy?

The idea of bringing free spam to a forum on a message board designated to spamming. The rules should not be regulated by any kind of moderators, kings, or gods. And all things should be considered beneficial topics to the forum (unless it's goatse, then that's just gross).

Spam will not be silenced! And we will fight for Spamarchy!
