A girl/"girl" who is a camwhore spamming for some often camwhoresite. Makes it into MSN/Skype/AIM with false profiles like "horny18xxx" and messages people randomly with a link to a website being promoted.

Guy 1: "Dude, a window popped up in my skype today from this chick called crazysexygurrl20 saying she wanted to show me something special...she even has a site"
