Spank Pankis is a 4-player card game concisting of a mixture of various other card games. (i.e. spoons, speed, slapjack)
The phrase "Spank Pankis!" is yelled for either of two reasons. The first being to start the game, the second being to signify that you have played all of your cards and are ready to slap the smallest pile avaliable.
