A word used by some social circles to describe the some what pleasing feeling of Spandex on ones crotch. Can also be used to describe anything which feels, or is, good.
"That drink was spantastic!"
"That outfit looks spantastic!"

Adj. A commonly mistaken use of a combination of the words spectacular and fantastic. Such as nork: nerd and dork.
