What is Spawn Arty?

In Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, a scenario in which enemy Field Ops soldiers camp around the spawn and repeatedly call in airstrikes or artillery srikes into the spawn boundires. This is done to acquire a high number of kills while doing next to no work and taking minimal skills. This technique is especially effective on maps such as Oasis and Seawall Battery in that the Allied spawn is completely unprotected and vulnerable to said attacks.
