Derived from the classic playground insults of 'Spastic' and 'Retard', 'Spazztard' was born.

A cross between the words "spazz" and "retard". The individual who happens to be dubbed this, usually have the traits of both of these. They either are very spastic in their movements and are mentally retarded or, they act like this in a highly convincing manner.

"Stop being such a spazztard, you're making a fool of yourself."
