What is Specifelecity?

Specks of bubble gum and chewing gum that have become flattened and colourless on the pavement, and are generally impossible to clean off. Usually adorning most city pavements, walkways and sidewalks.
I'd go to town, but it's so covered in specifelecity, that I'd rather not!
Don't spit your gum out here - it'll get smushed into the ground and become specifelecity, and we all know how disgusting that is.
