What is Speed Sandwich?

When you're in between two cars, one in front and one in back, and you are all speeding. This allows you to dodge the ticket because one of the pieces of "bread" is more likely to get the speeding ticket.
Whew! I made it to work on time today because I coasted in on a speed sandwich.
