The climactic rush one experiences when riding something fast that involves risk (i.e. horse, roller coaster, in a car, on a motorcycle), but primarily when driving something fast; almost unavoidable when accelerating in a sports car.
I had about treefiddy speedgasms when I was speeding downtown in dad's ferrari!
