The short form of
The process of spontaneously ejaculating on experiencing (seeing/smelling/hearing/touching) something highly arousing, without physical stimulation of the penis. Unlike ejaculation the penis may not always be erect. Spejaculation is sometimes compared with nocturnal emissions and spontaneous orgasms, however, unlike the former it can occur during a waking state and unlike the latter it need not be induced. Though its occurrence is quite rare, Spejaculation occurs among males between the ages of 20-45 and is more frequent among individuals actively restraining sexual desire, i.e. not masturbating.
