To Spellik (also used as spelliking)
The art of making a good home-made minge gumbo, feeding it to your spouse or partner, vomiting it onto them, allowing them to eat it, shit it back onto you, put in a tupperware box and ferment into fool-gruel. Done for sheer pleasure, but can be used as a delicacy. Serves 3-4 people, and goes well with Strudle.
