A name and an adjective used to define performance. To be a choke artist during clutch time.

To not perform to your potential regardless of the fact that you're supposed to be super talented.

The adjective derives from the NHL player Jason Spezza (19) of the Ottawa Senators who was completely shut down and was not able to take his game to the next level.
