When drinking a something carbonated and the bubbles get into your nose and tickle your throat.
Usually causes the drinker to cringe after a sip.

sometimes it is when you have stuff in your eyes, or there is dust floating around because your sleeping on a mud track in the summer.
Spinchy cannot refer to any other part of your body.
