What is Spin-dry?

that's when one goes to rehab to "dry out", solely for the purpose of increasing the "high" when one use's again (after rehab) OR (beyond recreational use of drugs), one waits to "dry out" for a period of time, solely for the purpose of increasing the high (of whatever drug).
I've been on spin-dry all summer so I can really enjoy myself at the festival!!
