noun: any surface, specifically but not limited to platforms of any sort, which are designated as areas to be splooged, splurged, defaced and/or "onseminated" upon.
"dude, last night I was up late gettin' a good wank goin' until I realized I was about to make a deposit in the world sperm bank and had failed to establish a splatform."
"I wouldn't sit on the sofa if I were you. I was in a jam last night and had to make that an impromptu splatform after I pulled out."
