the act of consuming one, or more spleefs (a long skiny well rolled spliff) in one sitting.
spleefage usually is a constant act which takes place over a number of hours in which a vast number of spleefs are consumed.
John: "dude, Tyrone that was crazy spleefage last night"
Tyrone: "dam right honky"
