When a man is talking to a woman and becomeds overly attracted to her by hitting on her in an extreme way. Most of the time it is an older man hittingon a younger woman.

A man strikes a conversation with a women and does not let it end. He will continue to hit on her making the situation more unconfortable every minute becoming spongecular. Eventually he will follow her around in order to talk to her more becoming a creepy pervert.
