n. : (1)A collection of cum that has been ejaculated from or above a second-story location (such as balconies and windows) and has landed on a person or animal below. (2) A person who likes to ejaculate from or above a second-story location (preferably balconies and windows) with the intention of hitting people or animals with their genetic material. A spooggoblin is almost always male, though females can also be and perform a spooggoblin.
At first he thought he was the unfortunate receiver of bird poop. It wasn't long until he realized he was yet another victim of a spooggoblin.
