What is Spoondriver?

someone who is completely devoid of intelligence, and thus cannot be trusted with anything other than a spoon to eat with in case they stab themselves/their fellow diners. native to sawston, near cambridge, in england. not to be mistaken for a chav, spoondrivers are usually found alone rather than in groups, and have marginally better dress sense.
i cant think of an example, but you can probably find a spoondriver near you.
