What is Spoonful Dick?

a condition that occurs after taking a piss where you think you properly shook out all excess piss, but when dick is placed back in pants a "spoonful" of piss leaks out causing discomfort and many jokes if visible outside of pants. (*Note: happens often when in a hurry.)
"Hey Ridley, I thought I got it all but I was wrong I had spoonful dick."
"Hey look at Cameron's pants, he must of had spoonful dick!"
