3. Showing favoritism to particular people based on the sport they participate in .
It is sportcism when the football players get to use the weight room at 7 o'clock every morning, and the water polo players have to get up early to use it at 530 in the morning.
An example of sportcism is that the basketball team has it's own trainer and massage therapist and the volleyball, swim, soccer and cross country team all share a trainer and massage therapist.
