What is Spotlighting?

Highly Illegal! The act of shining a high powered spotlight into the eyes of an animal (usually deer), causing it to freeze in its tracks. The animal is then ripe for the picking by a hunter with a small, quiet rifle. (like a .22) Obviously done at night, mainly by rednecks from Roseburg, Or. (and Texas, probably.)
My sister wanted to go spotlighting with her friends. It sounded like a euphemism for parking and making out. Turns out she wanted to go look at wolves. Oh well.

To put somebody on blast, to tell all of someone's business, to put them on front street
Why you gotta be spotlightin' a sista, putting all my business out there for everybody to know?
