What is Spraaak?

Used generically to describe when something goes wrong or something is bad. Originating in Sweden, spraaak is the name of the bubble drawn from the backside of cartoon animals to indicate gas emission.
Scientist 1: This cell is undergoing apoptosis!
Scientist 2: How can you tell?
Scientist 1: It has nuclear spraaak.
Scientist 2: That is hot!
