a small woodland mammal used in a Vietnamese dish. Made famous by Anthony Bourdain in "No Reservations." May also be referred to as "porcupine."
"What's that?"
"Uhhh... squeasel!"

n. someone who is sneaky and sly, yet somehow always manages to get away with it. A squeasel is usually someone younger than you whom you are powerless to act against, such as your little brother, a nephew, or your own kid.
My cousin is such a squeasel, I let him listen to a song and he totally walked away with my MP3 player.
