What is Squil?

Squil is a term meaning going without sex, with out action, or anything to do with not getting a piece under any circumstance.
Most "Squils" claim they are huge pimps, and pick up all the time. They will often try to put people down and say that they pick up a lot, and/or "that chick wanted me really bad, not you, me."
Most Squils are still virgins, and will remain virgins untill they lose there title of a Squil.
"That guy is a Squil, he never picks up, yet says he does all the time, or if not, could have if he wanted to."

when you arrange to ring someone's phone to let them know it's time for action. they agree to not pick up.
