What is Squim Squam?

A person who has not formed his or her own clearly defined value system, and thus lacking in conviction. A Squim Squam is frequently deficient in integrity and may constantly hover between alternatives. Such a person has not yet formed a congruent sense of personality. *A Squim Squam to a lesser degree is considered a Flim Flam.
