What is Sru Phil?

A new term used by some members of the Xbox Live community to express complete unfamiliarity and or a lack of skill in any given game. In other words, SRU Phil is used to describe a complete noob.
John is such an SRU Phil, he was aiming with a smoke grenade and now his head is gone because he wasn't moving and got owned by a sniper.
