Often called St. Hoe's, St. Joseph High School is a small
St. Joe's is also a kindergarten, junior high, and high school combine into one building. Despite this, you will still be able to remember everyone's name in one day. The high school students get most of the building (which is HUGE but only has a few hundred kids. There is a ton of empty space and class rooms they don't use), and the kindergarten & junior high gets one short hallway on the "out-of-the-way" side of the building. The situation between Kenosha (the poor town with rich white people) kids and Waukegan (the "ghetto" black/Mexican town) kids has always been an issue there.
The tuition is ridiculously high, and still there's a different fund raiser every week. The plays are high budget, but the acting usually sucks. The cafeteria has a lot of food, but people only eat the french fries. There's no heat in the winter, and the windows stay open. Overall, St. Joseph is just your average money-sucking private school.
Theology is likeohmygod a SO hard at St. Joseph High School. Buy me some fries and gag me with a spoon.
