A mysterious acronym. Many have suggested what it may stand for, but none know for sure. Popular guesses include "Shear That Arrogant, Cocky Lamb!" and "Shift Tab Alt Caps Lock". It is thought by many to be an organization of some sort.
It is rumoured that if the true meaning of STACL is ever discovered, the world will implode.
