What is Stadium Rat?

Freshmen who wander around stadium park apartments looking for parties to walk into. Most stadium rats have heard that stadium park has crazy parties and absolutely no rules. Many stadium rats plan their entire weekend on the hopes of landing a good party at Stadium Park Apartments.
As i looked out my balcony i saw a myriad of Stadium Rats looking in every direction for an open door.
