What is Stagnofecalia?

when you have just shat a fair amount, and then nothing happens when you try to flush it away (whatever the reason: broken toilet, no water, faulty internal mechanism...) and the shit just "sits there".
The toilet tank being empty left me with a bad case of stagnofecalia, and I couldn't leave the toilet until I was sure there was no one waiting to use it after me.
