What is Stallanese?

A rare language originating from an unknown city probably in British Columbia, Canada. Rumored to have come from one teenager who would say random shit when being asked questions or talked to. The "Stall" in Stallanese probably refers to the fact that the teen would stall efforts to get an answer out of him or to have him be serious, when in the end he was going to inevitably succumb.
Example of Stallanese.
Hey George, we're all here at the theatre and we an extra ticket for The Dark Knight, come down the movie starts in thirty minutes.
"Uhh QQ. QQ".....
