What is Standup-joke?

A leader or speaker who instead of using his or her words , acts like the crowd in hopes that this will buy their attention ,or convince them of the speakers information.
Example: A speaker dresses up and talks ghetto ,because the crowd is into that kind of style. That speaker is known as a standup-joke
