Stannah Edit Meaning

"Stannah" refers to a gentleman golfer who has the swing characteristics of a Stannah Vertical Access Lift (i.e the "pick up" wristy type swing. These qualities can only be likened to a Vertical Access Lift ... i.e "Stannah"

I played with a chap on holiday in Spain recently, and when he was faced with a near impossible lie for any normal swinging golfer (There was only approximately 12" of clearance for the chap to swing his club), he was able to adopt his normal stance and swing, and hit the ball with ease. This left myself and my playing partner with no other option but to christen him "Stannah"... The rest is history !
