What is Starebeast?

Small annoying creature with chode-like proportions. Usually have no use for eyelids, many are born without them, some just never use them.
"The Starebeast is burning a hole through my ass!(usually because this is eye-level for the 'beast)"

A chode-like creature, without eyelids or the ability to move its neck. Usually seen draped in a too-tight tunic.

*ass being eye-level for the 'beast.
