What is Starfies?

If you have seen the commercial for legend of starfy you'll understand. I was watching it and I thought "Starfies sounds like some sort of an Std" And so the saying was born.
Useful for when you have nothing better to say.
1. Guy 1: So did you find out what was wrong?
Doctor: We were unable to identify it but it appears to be some sort of Std.
Guy2: Dude you got starfies
Example 2:
Guy 1: I was running around in the woods and i thought i got lost, but then i found the road again.
Guy 2: You've got starfies
Guy 1: What?!?
Guy 2: ...
