What is Starogre?

A kind ogre who lives in space with his two friends Ogrestar and Rocko, usually saving the day from his enemies' evil plots, particularly Dr. Shoo's.

Starogre just rescued his pet rock from his arch-nemesis, Dr. Shoo while in the midst of a spacecraft dogfight, orbiting the moon!
